What is the most quiet, energy efficient desktop computer available right now?

I want something so quiet that you can’t even hear it (pin-drop silent), and a computer that uses extremely low energy that you can never turn it off and keep electricity bills low (like business client computers)

All i need to do on it is internet, few applications, and things like music and video. nothing complex

Is there a such computer, and wat is it called? thanks

I have an Apple iMac and it fits your requirements perfectly.

If you don’t want a mac, you can build your own PC using all passive cooling.

there is a brand called everex. they have a few pc’s that use a via processor that uses a maximum of 20watts of power and an average of 5watts. its not much for power, but you can get 1 at walmart for $298 with 1gb ddr2, vista home basic, and a dvd burner. its not much for some1 if they want to play games, but for basic use like web and playing music its fine.

EDIT: sorry, 2watt average. and heres a link http://www.everex.com/gc3502/index.htm
