I’m a college student with several online classes. I need a fast computer with good memory that can read/write disks and play dvd’s and music. Aside from work, I also want it to be good for entertainment, but I don’t need it for computer games. What’s the best type/brand of laptop to buy, which won’t make me go broke?

I have a mac and it is more of a family computer that is used by everyone in the house and is really loaded up with information, so im looking to get a new desktop computer for me. i want a computer that is fast and has a lot of memory and storage space. im thinking any thing from 1000 dollars and down. what is the best make and the best computer that will have all these things?

A built in camera would be nice as well as a large memory for music and videos.

I am looking into purchasing a new desktop computer. I already have the monitor, mouse, keyboard & speakers. So i only need the tower. My limit is probably about 0. I need something with lots of memory, and pretty fast. This will be used mainly for business which involves a lot of pictures & movies & music. Nothing refurbished or used. Brand new. I would like to go into a store and purchase it, not just online. I like to see what I buy before I pay for it. Anyway…any suggestions?

i want to buy a laptop, im definitely going to get windows. even if i get a mac, i’ll install windows..might buy a comp though..

but the point is im probably going to be playing some good graphic games or video editing stuff, and im going to need a comp that will be fast as fuck, good quality video, lots of memory, best proceccor and lalala
and btw, what is an atom processor?

Hello. Im a 13 year old and have a laptop already. however, I do lots of media work ( meaning making trailers,movies and music videos from other films). This takes up alot of memory on my laptop. I have come to the comclusion that i need another computer. I could probably reach up to £265 pounds at tops. Could you give me some posibilities with links please, even if they are over priced. I am in the market for a new computer but i really have no idea what is the best. I really want it for gaming so it needs to support high graphics and have a lot of memory. Please help if you know anything about computers.

I’m in the process of saving for one. I’ve had my eyes on a Sony Vaio. I’d like one that has a 200GB Hard Drive and possibly 2GB of memory. I have a price range of 0 to 0 dollars. Please help!
