I was looking for some suggestions on a laptop for my mom. she mainly would use it for for a web-based business so she needs it to work well with photos and document storage. She also needs something that is very user friendly and has a large display screen.

So i’m thinking about getting a laptop for my last year of high school and what i’m looking for is something with a good internet, easy to use for typing papers, and a good web cam to talk to my boyfriend while he’s away at college. i was just curious on what laptops would be the best for these uses and the price ranges (preferably lower prices).

It locked me out of my other laptop because I didn’t have a CD Key, and I’m going to buy another disk just for the CD KEY.

So basically, Will the CD KEY from Vista Ultimate work on a installed Vista Business??? Or do I NEEEEED A Vista Business CD Code?

Okay, so I’m not an extreme gamer, I just have a desktop that totally sucks with 3D graphs and a laptop that can’t save a whole lot of game data. I mostly play Sims 2 when it comes to gaming, but I also play stuff like zOMG! on Gaia and games on Facebook, and I’m hoping to be able to play Sims Medieval and Sims 3 at some point. I’m looking for a computer that has great audio/video cards that will allow 3D gaming.

I’m also trying to find something that can allow me to watch movies on it, because my current DVD player is…well…crap. lol I also enjoy playing with Movie Maker, so it would be nice if the computer didn’t lag.

I really need some help, because my desktop is currently an old, rebuilt XP that doesn’t have enough RAM to keep even Sims 2 running smoothly. And I want to make my laptop strickly for school again. That way, it’s easier to not be distracted.

Price really isn’t a problem, but I can’t afford over about 00. Somewhere between 0 and 0 is a reasonable price.

I bought a used laptop from a local store and the computer is registered to them, so even if I change the account name it still shows with the business’ name. How do I change this? Help!
I’ve already changed the user name. If I go to the system information tab it says registered to cworks in the system properties general tab. This is what I want to change.

I have an ok computer and I saving to buy a laptop to do my editing. I have a video camera. I just want to know how to get into the business of video production. (Preferably editing)

My mom is starting a business at home, and she will be using the computer 24/7, so I need a laptop. What can I do to get enough money for one? I don’t wanna babysit or do any yard work. I can also ask someone for some money and I can pay them back in feburary, but who should I ask? none or my family members can afford, or they won’t give me any money for it. Please help!!!!

P.S. I’m only 13, so I can’t get a job or anything yet.

i’m looking for a new computer. I thought I wanted a laptop, but I’m leaning towad buying another desktop. Wanna know which are the better ones for under 00. I won’t b doing major things, just surfing the web, composing documents, scanning/uploading pictures, minor stuff like that.

Every time I try and turn on my laptop it asks for a Failsafe Verification code…I don’t have that. I triedn contacting the Company but they went out of business…What do I do? i have a samsung Notebook. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks!
