I will be purchaseing a new desktop soon , i havent bought a computer in about 15years so im very behind on the latest techs – i will be purchaseing an entire package ,CPU and monitor and i will be buying a 21" or better monitor SO whats the best buy for under 0?
I will be doing a lot of research and word processing but i want the capabilities of good video and gameing

* Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro
*AutoCAD 2010

Needs:
-Laptop (PC preferably because Apples are so expensive)
- A really good graphics card
- Multiple programs open at the same time with no lag

I have a 400 dollar budget for my computer and I have to buy it in the next few days because I have to finish a school project (my laptop crashed just days ago and it costs me more to repair it than to buy a new one). So I’m looking for any computer be it a laptop, netbook or desktop to buy in the next few days. I know I can build a desktop from scratch but I also need a monitor, mouse and a keyboard so that would be included in the 400 dollar budget.

So.. What would be the best buy for the money?

I’m going to be purchasing a MacBook Pro for 50 that will be used for my business 100%. The thing is that I won’t be purchasing from the store but from a person off craigslist. Is it possible to somehow get a tax deduction from it? (I did this with my desktop that is 100% for business last tax season except it was bought from Best Buy so I had a receipt.)

We are looking for a good Laptop …My husband plays World of Warcraft and I Do photoshop and house lots of photos …please help me figure out what the best one for our needs. I went to best buy and got two different answers for two different salesmen in the same store.The more I look on the internet .. the more confused I get…. any help would be greatly appreciated!! If I buy an iMac from Best Buy, then open it, and turn it on at home; but end up not liking it, can I return it back for a full refund?

I’m looking at two HP Laptops. They’re very similar except one is listed as having an "Intel Core i3-370M" Processor, while the other has an "AMD Turion II Dual-Core Mobile" Processor. Is there a major difference? Is one considered "better" than the other? I asked the salesman at Best Buy and he didn’t give me a great answer. Said something about "Well actually some of the guys from Intel left and started their own business, which is AMD". Not sure what the deal is there but it doesn’t answer which is better, so I’m hoping someone can offer some better info. Thanks!
