how to buy a desktop computer with two vga outputs?
I need to purchase a new desktop computer for my wifes business that supports 2 displays with different uses, Not sure what or where to look for . the program will only sup

not many computers have 2 vga ports on the motherboard itself, so you should look for a video card to install that has two vga outputs or a video card with a vga, dvi and/or hdmi output and get a dvi or hdmi monitor
Lots of graphics cards have dual output. Even if one or both are DVI and not VGA you can use a cheap DVI to VGA adapter and get 2 VGA outputs.
Note: If one VGA is on the motherboard or processor integrated graphics and the other is on the graphics card you cannot use both, as only one or the other graphics can be enabled at one time. They both need to be on the graphics card.
Any desktop computer with an add-on video card in the $50+ range usually has 2 or 3 video outputs. You can run two monitors no problem. Even most modern laptops, with a dedicated video chipset, can usually run two monitors.
Any computer will do so long as it has an open PCI express slot for a graphic card which can easily be purchased and installed for 150$ or less. If you are going to pay someone don’t let them charge you more than 80$ to do it.
