Business Computer Network

Okay so I own my own business, and I have 12 employees who sit at a computer all day, one of the people working for me has told me that some of the other employees are using the computers for lets just say "other activities" other than work. So my question is is there any way to monitor the 12 computers from my laptop, the computers run off my wireless network if that helps, also I would like to do this without them noticing and FREE is a plus.
