Computer crashes after calls from technician?

My laptop keeps crash dumping and I keep getting calls from a technician in India who wants to fix my computer. I am suspicious of this. Is he crash dumping my computer to get the business? And how can I stop him/it if so?

    If the computer is in warranty, call the manufacturer. Otherwise, block the calling number if you can, or just ignore the calls.

    To stop it, you have to find out what’s causing it, and you haven’t given us enough information to help you with that.
